The new version of PitiCalc has been completely rewritten from the ground up. It will now calculate home loans and auto loans. You select the type of loan to calculate and easily move between the different types while maintaining or modifying the data. This makes it easy to compare the different loan payments. VA loans are now much simpler to enter requiring only two additional selections. Finally, with the tap of a button, you can enter years or months, for the number of payments and enter amounts or percentages for taxes and the down payment. The fees and payment are continually updated based on the latest data that is entered.

All calculations and data are maintained on your device and none of it is ever shared or copied to a server.
